Elevate QuickSeam SA Flashing (18")
Elevate QuickSeam SA Flashing is a versatile and reliable product. It has a polyester release liner for easy removal and excellent weather resistance. that is widely used in roofing projects. Elevate QuickSeam™ SA Flashing is a 457 mm (18”) wide, 1.5 mm thick nonreinforced RubberCover™ EPDM membrane, fully laminated to Elevate QuickSeam Tape.
The SA Flashing can be used to easily flash details where cured EPDM is required or preferred: curbs, parapets, gutters, general roof repairs, drain and pipe flanges.
Before application of the EPDM flashing tape, The RubberCover™ EPDM surfaces and/or mating surfaces must be prepared with QuickPrime™ Plus, using a QuickScrubber™ tool. Use of other products is not allowed. Restore the product to room temperature prior to use if exposed to temperatures below 15°C for prolonged periods.
Elevate QuickSeam SA Flashing offers superior ozone and UV resistance. As well as this, the QuickSeam SA Flashing remains flexible over a wide range of temperature variations, with application ranges from -20°C to 50°C. The tape has outstanding adhesion to approved substrates for maximum performance.

All work surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt.
1. The RubberCover™ EPDM surfaces and/or mating surfaces must be prepared with QuickPrime™ Plus, using a QuickScrubber™
2. Apply the strip in one or two dimensions (flat or maximum one angle change)
3. Firmly roll the Flashing Tape to create a strong bond
4. Install a QuickSeam FormFlash cover patch at overlaps and angle-changes, and firmly roll again.
