CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

The safety of our customers and staff during the unfolding situation with Coronavirus is our utmost priority. We are closely monitoring government guidance and ensuring that we adhere to all policies.

Our online store is currently still OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

Our office team are all working from home, but able to take calls on our usual number 01225 632333 or answer email enquiries via [email protected]. On occasion our phone lines are very busy, so please bear with us as we get to everyone.

Deliveries: We are currently working to 3-5 working days for online orders, as can be seen below. Due to the closing of all physical stores, deliveries from online stores are very busy for carriers. Currently, orders are being delivered on time, but if you don’t receive your goods when you expect, please allow an additional day before getting in contact to let us know.

STANDARD DELIVERY

  • We deliver our products to the whole of the UK.
  • All orders placed on a given day up to 12 pm, day 1 will count as the day the order is placed. For all orders from 12 pm to 12 midnight, day 1 will count as the following working day.
  • Items are delivered between 8 am and 6 pm - please leave enough time for all items to be received before exposing your roof. Items may, on occasion, be sent with multiple carriers.
  • Orders are sent on a next day delivery service. Please note, unfortunately, deliveries to Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK addresses are not able to be delivered on a next day service.
  • Bank holidays are excluded from our next working day delivery service.

LARGE PALLETISED

Larger membranes or orders may be despatched on a pallet service and in most situations on a vehicle with offload facilities. However, if access to your property is limited you may need to organise offload facilities yourself. For membranes that require to be sent via a pallet service, we reserve the right to charge you a surcharge for delivery dependant on the cost of sending the pallet. We will always contact you prior to processing your order with the cost and you can choose whether to continue with the order.

OTHER DELIVERY OPTIONS

We can offer alternative delivery options such as timed services. If you need your membrane urgently, please contact us for more information on the services and prices available for your location on 01225 632333.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, of course. Our factory is based in Corsham in Wiltshire. If you order before 12 pm it's likely that your goods will be ready for collection the same day. Simply drop in to see us when you are ready to collect with your order reference number and we will happily load your vehicle. Please see our contact page for our address and opening hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

If you are not present, a card will be left to advise you of the attempted delivery; please follow the instructions on the card to organise re-delivery. Our carrier will attempt to deliver each item three times after which the goods will be returned to Flexible Roofing Supplies. There will be a further cost for us to organise another delivery. PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order is appropriately packed for shipping, it is inevitable that occasionally our goods get damaged or lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you inspect your order before signing with the courier.

Should there be damage to your order we require you to:

  • Sign for the goods as damaged
  • Notify us as soon as you can (within 3 days of dispatch)
  • Send us photos of the damaged goods

This is so we can get new items out to you as quickly as possible and to enable us to take the appropriate action with our carriers.
