Elevate QuickSeam Pipe Flashing

The Elevate QuickSeam Pipe Flashing is a ready-to-use solution for sealing around round, rigid pipes that pass through a roof system. It is designed to fit pipe sizes ranging from 25 mm to 152 mm (1 inch to 6 inches) in diameter.

Each pipe flashing unit comes as a pre-formed rubber boot with a flexible base flange. The bottom of the flange is pre-laminated with Elevate’s QuickSeam Tape, making installation faster and easier by eliminating the need for separate adhesive application.

To install, simply cut the boot along the moulded rings to match the diameter of your pipe. This ensures a snug, watertight fit. Once cut to size, the pipe flashing can be positioned and securely adhered to the roofing membrane using the built-in QuickSeam Tape.

This product is ideal for ensuring a long-lasting, weather-resistant seal around pipe penetrations on EPDM roofing systems.
