The Pipe Boot is specifically designed to be used for flashing of rigid round penetrations of 25mm to 150mm. It is a pre-fabricated pipe sleeve with QuickSeam Tape laminated to the bottom of the flange. Includes a stainless steel clamping ring.

Elevate QuickSeam Pipe Flashing
The Elevate QuickSeam Pipe Flashing is specifically designed to be used for flashing of rigid round penetrations of 25mm to 150mm. It is a pre-fabricated pipe sleeve with QuickSeam Tape laminated to the bottom of the flange. Each Pipe Boot will fit various penetrations and needs to be cut to the correct diameter before installation
Sealing around round rigid penetrations in the roof
Pipes 25mm – 150mm
One size - to suit 25mm – 150mm pipes
1. Cut away the rings of the Pipe Boot so that it fits the pipe (the tighter the better, there is some give so the Boot can be stretched around the pipe a little)
2. Slide the Pipe Boot into position and mark the flange size on the roof membrane
3. Apply Tape Primer to the membrane, just wider than the marking from the flange and allow to tack off
4. Add a continuous bead of Water Block Mastic around the pipe just below the point the top of the Pipe Boot will sit
5. Fit the Pipe Boot onto the pipe and attach to the membrane, using a Seam Roller to ensure an even adhesion
6. Tighten the stainless steel tie around the smallest ring of the Pipe Boot
7. Apply a continuous bead of Lap Sealant around both the edge of the flange and top of the pipe boot for added protection
